How Does It Work?
For best results I only work with a minimum of 4 sessions, although six is the recommended. Prior to your first booked session with me you will be expected to complete a small task and complete a Life Map document. This is the beginning of our work together. The map is designed to help you easily communicate a clear picture of your life as it is now and your current expectations of the future. You will need to return your completed life map to me prior to our first session.
All coaching sessions are confidential and can be face to face, over the telephone or over Skype. This offers flexibility and freedom to enjoy the benefits of coaching wherever you are. Each of these options is equally effective in achieving great results.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN 4 HOURS
1st & 2nd Session - Personal Breakthrough Session. Please allow 1-2 hours for this
3nd Session - Intervention - a bespoke intervention which may include Hypnosis, NLP, Neuro- repatterning, tasks, as required
4th Session - Transformation Day - Cementing new learnings, final polishing and future goal setting using cutting edge techniques
Follow up progress phone call
Following this should you wish to book further life management sessions they can be purchased either as a one-off or as a course.
For each session you will need pen and paper to record any notes or action that may arise during the hour.
